Through this partnership, Attain has opened a full service clinic in the Xtreme Training building in Paradise, with availability for both Xtreme Hockey Program Members and Non Members.

About Xtreme Training

Located in Paradise, Newfoundland, Xtreme Training's priority is providing a comprehensive environment where athletes can excel. Their full, professional grade facility offers both strength and conditioning programming for athletes of all sports and skill levels, along with hockey specific training and access to the latest technology in hockey development. By integrating elite-level sports medicine into their programming, they ensure their athletes have streamlined access to the highest standard of rehabilitative care.

The Clinic Facility

Beginning 2026, Attain Physiotherapy will operate a clinic space at Xtreme’s facility, delivering sports physiotherapy services and treatments to new and existing clients. All clients are welcome to book, you do not need to be an existing Xtreme or Attain client. Simply book an appointment online and begin the process.

Conveniently located at 1297 Topsail Road, Attain has created a dedicated clinical facility in the upstairs area of the Xtreme building, mirroring the well established model that Attain has developed and made successful since 2022. This new space offers open concept treatment areas, private massage therapy and concussion rehabilitation spaces and a full gym area, allowing for comprehensive sports rehabilitation and return to play progressions.

By integrating elite-level sports medicine into the Xtreme facility, athletes have streamlined access to the highest standard of rehabilitative care.

Where is the clinic located? The attain location is conveniently located in the upstairs section of the Xtreme Training building in paradise. This area includes both open concept treatment spaces and private treatment rooms, allowing for rehabilitation to occur in a space that works for you.

What services are offered? We will be offering Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic and Concussion treatments out of our Paradise Facility. For more services, you can book at our 9 Austin Street location.

Do they only treat hockey injuries? No! The Attain team is trained and experienced in dealing with injuries from all sports, not just hockey! Whether you are a professional athlete or a weekend warrior, our team can help you get back to doing what you love!

How does billing work? Attain Physiotherapy offers direct billing to most major private insurance providers. When you book an appointment, all insurance and billing info will be entered into the online portal; following your appointment, billing will be processed. If there are any issues, someone from the Attain team will be in touch.

Do I need a doctor's referral? No, a doctor’s referral is not required to see a physiotherapist. However, we recommend checking with your specific insurance provider, as some plans may require one for reimbursement purposes.

Who are the therapists? The Attain team is composed of experienced clinicians who have worked with athletes at provincial, national, and international levels. They work in direct collaboration with our Xtreme coaching staff to ensure a safe and effective "return to play" transition.
